Customer service and Sales support for Institution Department at Textile Company for
Institution products which include Healthcare apparel, Uniforms, Napery, Terry, Bedding, Hospital and Laundry terry and bedding.
Worked in a very fast-paced environment, high volume order entry & processing, heavy emails and phone calls, efficient follow up on existing orders and inquiries, expedited samples, communicated daily with various departments and distributions centers. 
Demonstrated high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management. Demonstrated high level of quality work, attendance and appearance, as well as adhering to  all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations.

• Communicate with customers daily in Latin America and Caribbean in Spanish and English, verbal and written

- Managed Personalization Studio and the production of custom invitations, banners and gifts in-store and through off-site vendors. Customer Service, Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, Design and Processing of custom orders.  Drove personalization sales and built customer loyalty.
