Regional Loss Prevention Manager

Responsible for safety, security, and investigations in The North Face retail and outlet stores throughout the United States and Canada. Provide loss prevention training and support to the VF Outdoor brands (The North Face, Lucy, JanSport, Eagle Creek, Timberland and Smart Wool). Coordinate merchandise protection, CCTV, and loss prevention training in all new store openings and corporate orientations. Obtain and manage contract security, CCTV, armored car and merchandise protection proposals from vendors along with conducting operational audits in stores. Oversee the installation of all security and loss prevention system for new stores and remodels of existing stores. Manage all corporate, store associate, and customer accident reporting, response and preventative measures programs. Conduct internal audits, risk assessment, along with internal/external investigations. Travel 70-80% of time.  


Responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and driving execution of store safety programs. Reviews CCTV, exception reports and other available Company media to identify associates who engage in dishonest activity. Prepare detailed and accurate case/investigation reports, monitor criminal prosecutions, appear in court when required and represent company in a professional manner. 
Teach, coach, and train associates on proper operational processes as well as store safety compliance standards and assist with development of all store associates. Overlook eight Home Depot stores on internal, external, physical security and training of associates. Performs job with little to no supervision and independent of job duties. Audit and oversee physical inventory of several stores.


Asset Protection Specialist

In charge of receiving and crediting returns, invoicing product globally to outgoing stores, providing customer service, merchandise inventory, shipping product to outlet stores, filing, and tracking shipments. Use of AS400 program, Excel and Microsoft Word. Use of data entry, meeting daily budget requirements and managing finances.
