As a Supply Chain Manager, I have enjoyed wearing many hats during my 16 year career. Some of my previous roles include: Buyer/Planner , Production Planner, Purchasing Analyst, Supply Chain IT Project Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Purchasing Organization Manager. I have often found myself leveraging my experience with supply chains both abroad (Asia, Europe) and at home in the USA. I am technically proficient in SAP AFS1 and AFS2, Oracle, and most recently JDE. I am an experienced project leader for five MRP/ERP implementations (SAPx3/Oraclex1/JDEx1) along with several cloud based Supplier Portal implementations.

As a Luxottica Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I focused on implementation of lean training, tools & methodologies, including: 5S, DMAIC, Heijunka, Lean Conversion, Standard Work, Kanban, Cellular Manufacturing, TAKT time, SQDIP/Visual Management, Value Stream mapping, Transport Kanban, Transactional Process Improvement (TPI), and Kaizen events.

As a Lean Pillar Manager, I served as the Lean Trainer for Oakley's White/Yellow Lean Six Sigma programs, educating 250 manufacturing employees to receive their white and yellow belts while also expanding the culture of lean throughout the Oakley/Luxottica organization.

My most recent role as Procurement Manager allowed me to grow my talents as a supply chain professional with a daily focus on supplier performance analysis such as: supplier capacity, OTD/OTIF, lead time reduction, inventory analysis, multi-dimensional dynamic stocking strategy implementation, capacity planning, MPS, and detailed scheduling.
