Customer Service Representative II

Experienced CSR with a demonstrated history of providing attentive and top notch support to customers and reps alike.

Enter and manage open order file in Full Circle for international and sports licensing accounts, receive international drop-ship orders in system and relay factory and approval to ship information, work with warehouse team to obtain shipping quotes and allocate, pack and ship customer orders.
