I am a well rounded Digital Marketing and Design Expert with 20+ years' broad-based experience in nearly every area of management, sales, marketing, company branding, film, photography, graphic design, television, documentaries, and commercial ads (TV, social media, web, and print); passionate about creating mutually beneficial partnerships that improve people's businesses and lives.

Still Standing is a creative agency that specializes in capturing the meaning and desirability of a company and conveying it to the world. We deliver results-driven branding, social media, web design, advertising, marketing videos, print advertising, commercial & conceptual photography, and digital campaigns.

• Create engaging presentations of images and information for various media
including the Web, television, and movies.
• Tell compelling narratives through film, photography, composition, motion graphics,
and graphic design.
• Lead conversations with marketing and communications peers to understand
company/departmental priorities and advise on how content can best be leveraged
to meet those goals.
• Manage pre-production elements including, but not limited to, developing concept
pitches, sourcing location/talent, and creating production call sheets.
• Assuming various roles for production, dependent on project brief.
• Owning content creation in the post-production process: namely crafting the
content that will best meet the needs of the agreed creative brief.
• Managing vendor relationships throughout the production process.
• Develop skills and operational efficiency in necessary technologies to ensure the
multimedia team and Wildflower International as a whole is able to deliver
innovative, industry-leading content-based marketing.
• Maintain content database and assist in multimedia content archiving and retrieval.

Senior Multimedia Manager

I am currently working as a consultant with several clients, working on company branding and digital campaigns. I help with the expression of the essential truth or value of an organization, product, or service. I am helping with the communication of characteristics, values, and attributes that clarify what this particular brand is and is not. My roles include logo design/redesign, package design, social media, web design, print, film, photography, digital media campaigns, etc.

Consultant

Light and shoot digital images, through film and photography, of products in a studio environment and location settings for eCommerce digital and print product catalogs, and social media. Work with the VP of Sales, and Graphic Designers to develop and shoot a wide range of products for digital marketing and print campaigns. Execute on-time, cost-effective product film and photography done according to campaign goals and in a manner consistent with a strategic understanding and capturing the specific details that make each product unique with the consumer in mind. Execute post production, post-capture retouching, including creative editing, color correction, and file formatting for film and photography. Responsible for maintaining and resourcing all supplies related to film and photography as needed and on budget. Helping to create custom contests and campaigns through film and photography, using web and social media outlets. 




Product/Lifestyle Film and Photography

I was responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the business. I managed 48 employees, and was in charge of overseeing finances, large project management, estimating large jobs, advertising, marketing, sales, social media, business development, account management, parts/inventory, equipment, and vehicle maintenance for the fleet. I took Cartwright’s from a $100k/year business to a $8.5 million/year business at the time of its sale in June of 2014.
