Production manager

THE MARKETING ARM
*	Daily duties include but not limited to overseeing point of sale production, negotiating costs and timing with vendors, approving content & color for point of sale elements.
*	Suggesting materials for point of sale.
*	Weekly status meetings with account teams & clients.
*	Manage retail publication materials for client and produce monthly pamphlets.
*	Sourcing new vendors and products
*	Managing suppliers in Ariba and D365

PRINT PRODUCTION MANAGER CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT

*	Work closely with freight forwarders, custom brokers and transit companies to book, track, and receive overseas shipments.
*	Utilizing my knowledge of duty rate and FOB/LDP costings.
*	Responsible for analyzing and overseeing all production with overseas factories to ensure production quality, performance and on-time delivery for apparel and accessories.
*	Partner with design team to update and manage tech packs for precise communication with overseas vendors. Utilizing excel spreadsheets, EDI and tracking logs.
*	Accounts receivables and payables for factory payments.
*	Using Quick Books, sent documents to freight forwards for importing/exporting.
*	Processed all invoices relating to apparel, creative, web, media, licensing, and merchandising.
*	Made sure all manufacturing process are complying with current countries local health and safety laws and regulations within multiple industries such as AQL, SFI, Prop 65, and Intertek.

PRODUCTION MANAGER

*	Form, maintain and update production reports & analysts
*	Pre-production & bulk production purchasing of materials
*	Sourced overseas factories, mainly in China.
*	Monitoring WIP to track all orders to ensure delivery on time & conducted weekly staff meetings with sales, DC managers, logistics and customer service.
*	Source fabrics and monitor fabric development and color approvals for customers' orders
*	Directly coordinate with factories testing procedures
*	Responsible in creating and sending Packing Instructions to factories.

IMPORT PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

*	Daily record keeping of all incoming orders
*	Product liaison between design, factories, rep's &CEO
*	Cost analyst & budgets for production
*	Customer service assistance
