Event, Tradeshow and Marketing Manager

Experienced, self-motivated Event and Marcom professional with proven skills in event management, tradeshows, public relations, marketing/communications and revenue generation in both B2B and B2C.  Directly responsible for the definition, development and implementation of the event strategy and operations and increasing employee/attendee engagement through impactful events and meetings. Proactively performs multiple projects under tight deadlines and has the ability to work independently. Extremely professional individual who can communicate effectively, is detail oriented, and employs strong interpersonal skills, as well as, a passion for events and the conviction to bring excitement to the workplace through events and tradeshows.

•Manages the planning and execution of large scale industry events, domestic and international events, such as IDS and AAE, retail and educational shows, smaller trainings, regional and road shows and PR and Community events.
•Plan, execute and manage all aspects of employee’s events and meetings.
•Work closely with internal business units to meet the goals and objectives of each meeting and event.
•Clear understanding how to integrate Sonendo products into meetings and events.
•Work with legal to execute contacts with venues and vendors.
•Budget management for all events.
•Onsite for events to liaison with vendors and ensure the “brands look and feel” is accurately represented.
•Assist with the negotiations for space contracts and book event space, arrange food and beverage, order supplies and audiovisual equipment, make travel arrangements, order event signs, inventory, gifting and ensure appropriate décor (florals, linens, color schemes, etc.) to meet the quality and expectations of our company.
•Prepare budgets and provide periodic progress reports for each event.
•Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
•Prepare nametags, materials, notebooks, packages, gift bag, registrations lists, seating cards, etc.
•Maintain master calendar of events for B2B and B2C teams.
•Manage multiple vendors and agencies to contribute to successful event goals and ROI.
•Purchase, track and manage promo items/gift cards/sales prizes based on event/tradeshow size (small, medium, large) and ensure proper inventory levels.
•Coordinates and prepares all event materials & collateral. This is includes but is not limited to preparing nametags, materials, notebooks, packages, gift bags, registration lists, seating cards, etc. 
•Closes out all events as required including preparing and executing follow-up surveys, as well as, analyzing and reporting results.

•Manages the planning and execution of large scale industry events such as CES and ISC West, retail shows such as Best Buy and GameStop, smaller trainings, regional and road shows and PR and Community events.
•Manages the coordination of logistics leading up to events. This includes but is not limited to booth and collateral delivery, logistics handling (i.e. service orders), equipment, catering, presentation and/or branding materials, schwag and promotional giveaways.
•Maintain master calendar of events for B2B and B2C teams.
•Manage multiple vendors and agencies to contribute to successful event goals and ROI.
•Purchase, track and manage promo items/gift cards/sales prizes based on event/tradeshow size (small, medium, large) and ensure proper inventory levels.
•Formalized and implemented multi-tiered events program strategy to support over 205 field sales events annually a 15% increase YOY 
•Coordinates and prepares all event materials & collateral. This is includes but is not limited to preparing nametags, materials, notebooks, packages, gift bags, registration lists, seating cards, etc. 
•Closes out all events as required including preparing and executing follow-up surveys, as well as, analyzing and reporting results.
•Researches and recommends opportunities to maximize participation at existing tradeshows.

Marketing Tradeshow Coordinator

•Manage event logistics for events including venue selection, attendee registration, marketing campaigns, F&B planning, audio/visual, transportation, speaker management, sponsor management and other meeting logistics.
•Contract and logistics negotiation of distributors at 75+ major events.
•Manage annual event/show sales events to help increase department revenue & utilize spending.
•Increased sales by 42% in a 9 month timeframe through renegotiation of contracts.
•Work with all major alcohol/beer distributors and companies (Budweiser, Coors, etc.), liquor, food and beverage companies to ensure they received appropriate ROI for their investment.
•Order collateral and promotional items and ensure proper inventory levels.
•Liaison between multiple magazine advertisements and sports teams (Lakers, Anaheim Angels and Ducks, Clippers, Kings, etc.) at events. 
•Directly responsible for organizing various activities such as: department-wide luncheons, weekly/monthly sales meetings, sales/marketing presentations, travel arrangements for executives & corporate clients.

Marketing/PR, Event and Tradeshow Coordinator

•Working closely with multiple departments to fill online marketing, design and tradeshow vehicle space and develop special/exclusive offers/products.
•Effectively manage advertising, marketing; PR, tradeshow and design budgets to ensure all goals are consistently being met.
•Analyzing and reporting the success/effectiveness of targeted advertising campaigns, special events/promotions and tradeshows.

•Assist with set-up for online registration for all events, tracking and maintaining registration; answering all Stylist email and event inquiries.
•Reporting, planning, implementing and managing the marketing department for the company, this includes in-store and online retailers; affiliate programs, PPC, SEO, partnerships, PR and advertising, newsletter and viral campaigns, thinking creatively and devising and implementing new strategies, budgetary responsibility and managing the other members of my 35 person team.
•Managing all 12 model and 24 advertising (TV, radio, internet and print) contracts, tradeshow and design contracts, as well as, 24 annual press releases for all four lines and all other PR opportunities (e.g.: tradeshows, new launch of line, seasonal PR releases, etc).

Marketing, Public Relations, Tradeshow and Design Specialist
