Distribution Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing the work flow of several accounts from order processing to shipment.

Supervise and distribute goods once received and allocated from warehouse to retail-stores domestic and international.

Communicate through email and phone with corporate office to ensure timely deliveries and customer guidelines.

Maintain and organize inventory in warehouse to ensure accuracy of product on hand.

Assist in any and all needs in warehouse to provide efficient work flow through upper management.

Daily communication with Italy to ensure timely delivery of production to meet financial sales goals.

Maintain all invoices and PO’s to carefully orchestrate the import and export of shipments.

Responsible for understanding the sales projections and reporting back to upper management on production status by sending out a detailed report to Production, Design, Marketing and all Sales Reps.

Allocate and receive shipment according to Sales Reports and distribute them to retail stores or warehouse.

Present weekly inventory and sales reports for all departments to ensure maximum sales and profitability.

Worked closely with the warehouse team to ensure all goods were received and shipped accordingly.

Required verbal/ written skills and analytical thought process of maintaining balance of inventory and order processing.

Allocations Specialist

Coordinated and directed teams of 10-20 people to direct the production workflow and follow production timeline.

Oversaw the production of cut/sew, lab dips, fabric inventory and purchasing.

Responsible for developing samples, proto requests and TOP for approvals.

Oversaw the general production of work from external contractors to ensure quality control and accuracy

Utilized Aims software to generate reports and maintain records.

Interacted and interfaced with external contractors and sales reps to understand and resolve problems as a team to enhance business relationships and keep cost down.

Maintained business relationships with clients including Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom and specialty stores.

Production Manager /Coordinator

Responsible for effectively communicating daily with key retailers, buyers, sales reps and upper management nationwide to resolve issues.

Responsible for invoicing, shipping and maintaining customer relations.

Assisted in many footwear tradeshows in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

Updated and maintained the organization of the entire inventory.

Prepared sample folders that included up to date product information to send out to clients.

Assisted with the finance department and worked closely with the warehouse team.
