Digital Asset Management and Data Librarian/Content Operations Coordinator with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Recognized for the ability to work independently or in a fast-paced environment whether in an office or working remotely. Areas of expertise include: Media QC and managing CMS with all media data which include video, artwork and metadata.            

•	Validate that each delivery meets Sensical's streaming specifications. Upload content to S3 Amazon to process in Iconik.
•	Participate in Onboarding zoom calls with Content Ops team and new content creators.
•	Facilitate asset requests for Sensical's video and artwork library.
•	Manage QA team to ensure videos, images, metadata and captions meet internal checkpoints.
•	Assign QA team projects and respond to requests in a timely manner.
•	Appropriately escalate issues when files fail the QA check point. Assist with the QC process of assets, images and captions.
•	Communicate system challenges to ensure processes stay robust and fluid.
•	Maintain internal delivery trackers with the most up to date information.
•	Work to ensure all content is set for end of week launch dates for the Sensical App on Fast channels.
•	Respond to Editorial team requests which includes assigning links for content review and requesting replacement of corrupt video files. Fulfill other department content requests as needed.
•	Respond to Programming inquiries which may include requests to change and update series key art on shows already in Sensical’s library.
•	Attend weekly zoom meetings with Content Ops team, Programming and Content Acquisitions.


Content Operations Asset Coordinator (Contract) - Remote

•	Update artwork deliverables into Hulu Content Portal. 
•	Minor Photoshop and illustrator file re-size, crop, or trims along with removing cast member names or logos, or adding gradients to fit metadata. 
•	Make decisions on best artwork delivered by content partner to upload to Hulu content portal.
•	Collaborate with Creative Studio Project Producer in completing assigned tickets in Airtable and decisions with best artwork to upload into Content Container.
•	Collaborate with Graphic Designer on major artwork revisions and upload final artwork.
•	Maintain file folders properly organized with artwork to keep a consistent and organized workflow
•	Work on multiple artwork uploads during busy schedules in order to complete by deadlines.
•	Artwork includes: Film, TV, Series and Live Shows for Hulu which include FX, Showtime and Disney
•	Research and compare new artwork to old artwork that is in Greenroom Library. Compare Gracenote Art with Hulu art delivered by Content Provider.
•	Assist in auditing upcoming titles to make sure artwork is available or requests needs to be made to Content Provider before date needed.


On-Air Asset Coordinator (Contract) - Remote

•	Audit and update WebDam with pertinent asset and current metadata information. 
•	Audit DAM assets for any asset discrepancies. 
•	Archive legacy or outdated assets follow up with product managers on assets in DAM to verify what can be archived and or removed from WebDam. 
•	Catch and consolidate duplicate files - Example: Infographics, lifestyle. 
•	Optimize metadata, clean up duplicate tags, added missing metadata by cross referencing avery.com. 
•	QC file naming convention, QC asset shot type. Ingest metadata to assets with missing metadata info. 
•	Clean up and consolidate metadata. 
•	Audit DAM assets for any asset discrepancies. 
•	Utilize Workfront to update department on completed asset audit. 
•	Weekly check in with Digital asset manager to update and or re-confirm priorities.




Data Librarian (Contract)

•	Managed and maintained MPX Platform with ATV, ATV Films, Awestruck and DreamworksTV content. 
•	Stored video asset files along with Metadata and thumbs into Content Ops Storage space and Turnover. 
•	Kept detailed log of assets going to archivist for permanent storage. 
•	Worked closely with Development team and MPX Comcast team in order to create and implement changes to the MPX platform. 
•	Tested platform with assets and thumbs. Requested Key Art, Series Art, and Thumbs through Graphics team. 
•	Requested transcodes of video assets with editors for upload to MPX Platform. 
•	Worked with development team in making necessary adjustments to the Pilot platform that maintained all content metadata for ATV/Awestruck and DWTV teams. 
•	Obtained exclusive file assets for Content ID process. 
•	Attended weekly meetings for Rights Management System to add input about video assets, episode sequences and over-all metadata details. 
•	Managed Content Ops Catalogue website that was created for Sales team and clients. 
•	Set up screen rooms for potential clients both within the U.S., Asia and U.K.  
•	Worked with Content Ops manager and Partner Manager to coordinate uploads into MPX platform and priorities for Content Ops Catalogue website. 
•	Attended weekly Content Op meetings as well as special MPX Platform and or Development for Pilot Meetings. 
•	Maintained Pilot with research on duplicate metadata entries.
