Advanced through similar positions of increasing scope and responsibility for a government contractor to lead a four-member team of instructors conducting aquatic survival training for US Marines. Maintained a MAET (Modular Amphibious Egress Trainer) simulator as well as an inventory of amphibious breathing units. Trained 24-member classes that included three hours of instruction followed by a five-hour water session.  
Significant Contributions:
Successfully trained over 40,000 Marines to breath underwater, manage stress, and egress a MAET simulator with absolutely no accidents while sustaining an impressive 90% student pass rate.  
Earned promotion to Lead Instructor within two years of starting with the training team.
