 Throughout my career, I have contributed to impacting business outcomes through effective organization, prioritization, and execution of key projects. My 8 years of agency  project management experience are an ideal match to the requirements and will bring immediate value. Senior Project Manager

•	Created and enforced workback schedules, identifying all milestones and timelines, and adjusting appropriately. Communicated project objectives, timelines and budget parameters internally and externally
•	Advised clients on fabrications through a thorough understanding of fabrication methods and materials as needed. Organized and facilitated kickoff meetings and all subsequent progress meetings
•	Worked very closely with builders and other shop personnel throughout project fabrication and installation. Facilitated problem-solving strategies and methods across the team.


•	Owned 260 projects from briefing through execution and led teams to successfully complete projects. Significantly increased clients’ sales generated substantial social media impressions, and boosted brand recognition.
•	Worked directly with client teams to understand project request, gather requirements, define objectives, deliverables and delivery dates, plan resources and develop a clear and actionable project plan.
•	Partnered with the design team and project managers to help facilitate and clarify conversations on project; defining the details, expediting the process by providing solutions related to workflow obstacles, and a myriad of needs that enable teams to exceed on their deliverables as well as managed multiple vendors.
•	Clients to include but not limited to Nike Sportswear, Nike Basketball, Nike Womens Training, Footlocker, Champs, and Finish line.
