MAKING IT BIGGER AND BADDER
- Partner with CCO, Executive Planning Director, Creative Directors, and Media Director to develop and lead strategic,
creative and communications development across Gatorade and McDonalds (18-19 only)
- Lead the Global and North America Gatorade 360 advertising business across 7 international offices, led out of LA.
- Achieved over 50+ creative awards, helped drive Gatorade's best year in sales (2016) and helped retire 2 of the greatest athletes on Gatorade's Hall of Fame roster (Peyton Manning and Usain Bolt).

LEARNED HOW TO PLAY AND LEAD WITH THE BEST OF THE BEST 
- Led the core team who produced the Cannes award winning (Integrated Grand Prix) #RE2PECT integrated campaign 
- #RE2PECT became the official language of Jeter’s retirement season; #RE2PECT trended at #1, US and globally
- RE2PECT t-shirts were the #1 selling t-shirts on Nike.com for 6+ months following the launch
- Pitched and won Sprite business; Developed and executed the Sprite Corner: A multi-partner event space that allowed Sprite to play an active role in their target’s lives. By connecting them with today's best in several disciplines, we gave them an inside look on how to achieve their dreams. From music (Nas/Just Blaze), to culinary arts (Eddie Huang), filmmaking (F. Gary Gray), and comedy (Comedy Central stand up comedians).

RUN AND GUN FUN + LEARNED HOW TO BE A PROPER LEADER
- In a shrinking category, worked directly with Director of Global Communications to launch Derrick Rose's signature
shoe, which resulted in 10% increase of adidas basketball sales and increased store presence at key retailers
- Derrick Rose campaigns helped create massive cultural traction for adidas basketball (recognized by Advertising Age's top sports ads in 2012, covered by ESPN SportsCenter anchors)
- Instrumental in bringing in adidas global training, American football, soccer and running assignments to the agency
- adidas accolades include Gold Effie Award Winner 2012 for "Fast Don't Lie" campaign
- Led development of new brand identity for boost mobile; Helped transform boost mobile's social media footprint from the ground up (Increased social media presence by 391% in one year, now a best in class case within Sprint).

TRAVELED THE WORLD AND LEARNED HOW TO WORK WITHOUT RULES
- Primary responsibilities included development of marketing, advertising and creative execution for apparel, footwear and accessories across surf, wake, snow, ski, skate, mx and cycling
- Partnered with Eyewear team (80% of Oakley's $1B business) to create a consistent global identity across all products
- Led product development of limited-edition eyewear products targeted at tastemakers in street culture. Responsibilities included identifying trends, fostering partnerships and working directly with artists, defining distribution opportunities and working directly with Oakley designers

- Led strategy, creative development and production of PlayStation Portable (PSP), Sports titles (NBA, MLB, NHL, Soccer, NCCA Basketball and NCAA Football), and SOCOM Navy Seals franchise.
- PlayStation accolades include Clio Advertiser of the Year (2005), Cannes Advertiser of the Year (2005), Yahoo! Big Idea Chair winner (2006), Gold Effie Award winner (Shadow of the Colossus - 2007)
