-Lead the menswear design and development of a 33-year-old outdoor lifestyle brand with an emphasis on sustainably produced organic clothing
-Responsible for growing the line from core outdoor oriented to nature inspired, cross-functional lifestyle product that includes knits, wovens, outerwear, athletic apparel and accessories
-Set seasonal color direction, design details, fabric, and silhouette that has cross-over appeal from the outdoor market to the contemporary market
-Identify and forecast trends then apply them to the needs of an outdoor customer
-Work daily with overseas factories to streamline communication through detailed tech packs to produce high quality garments
-Lead the fit and silhouette direction for the season-attend all fittings to make sure direction is being carried out
-Work closely with the Marketing Director on the design direction of seasonal photo shoots as well as catalog design and layout
-Cast and style look books, lifestyle and web photo shoots to convey the naturalist brand message
-Named one of Textiles Insight's Trendsetters of 2013

Head Designer of Menswear

-Responsible for creating a monthly publication that featured the newest men's and women's fashion trends in Los Angeles retail that went out to international subscribers in the fashion industry
-Created monthly photo packs consisting of the newest trends in all fashion categories including men's, women's and children's clothing, accessories, and shoes
-Created a seasonal color palette that was included in the publication and sent out to clients 
-Consulted with clients on a regular basis in the showroom as well as sample shopped for international clients that could not travel to Los Angeles

Trend Forecaster and Reporter

-Designed multiple private label activewear and dancewear lines for the women's and girl's categories that sold to sporting goods stores across the country
-Co-designed four seasons of the Marykate and Ashley bodywear line for Wal-Mart and girl's dancewear for the Xhilaration line at Target and Danskin at Wal-Mart
