Reporting directly to the President, I was responsible for driving a strategic approach to global brand marketing and driving operational excellence across all marketing initiatives.  

- Designed and implemented short and long-term global marketing strategies based on comprehensive consumer insights, understanding of distribution channels, and demand and profit drivers of the business.
- Developed implementation plan that integrated across all marketing platforms, including PR, brand communications, digital, events, social media, and sponsored athletes.
- Led the development of significant new marketing growth initiatives based on understanding the target market and the potential of the product lines.  Leveraged strong cross-functional relationships to make these initiatives happen quickly and seamlessly across the matrix organization.  
- Drove thought leadership for brand communications, including advertising, direct and online marketing, social media and branded content.
- Acted as both brand and consumer expert, incorporating the voice of the consumer into all marketing initiatives while maintaining integrity of brand messaging.  
- Tracked, analyzed, and owned marketing program effectiveness for initiatives and made data-driven recommendations on critical marketing decisions. Tracked and reported on ROI for all key initiatives.   
- Directly involved in initial and final line reviews, line planning, demand planing, and product development.
