•	Prepare all postings and Monthly Financial Statements for hard close of Selle Royal North America, including financial reporting of four companies (Fizik, Selle Royal, Brooks England, Selle Royal) and a consolidation of all four. 
•	HR Manager for Crank Brothers and Selle Royal USA
•	Prepare inventory rotation analysis, marketing and warranty analysis, WAC for inventory revaluation
•	Review Highway 2’s company monthly financial statements as well as daily operations. 
•	Manage Crank Brothers accounts receivable and daily sales reconciliations.
•	Prepare quarterly tax for State and local agencies.

•	Conducted financial statement audits for private and non-for-profit organizations.
•	Assisted clients in drafting of financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
•	Business consultation of daily operations as well as other financial assistance.
•	Client consultation in the conception and implementation of internal controls.
•	Lead audit engagements ranging from being the sole auditor to a team of up to three.
•	Audit and government compliance of 401(k) plans
