From a very young age I have been driven to succeed in business. At the age of 12 I was introduced into the family business, a franchise of International House of Pancakes restaurants. Putting away stock, washing dishes, bussing tables and mopping floors demands a healthy respect for hard work and a positive attitude. From that age to present I have been determined to succeed. In my late teens and early 20s I enhanced my business acumen by working for a local contractor painting houses. I then parlayed that experience into work with both Marriott and Comfort Systems USA as an engineering project manager. In 2002, I was afforded the opportunity to enter into the powersports industry at the Motorcycle Industry Council. From that point forward this industry has afforded me some fantastic opportunities with companies like Alpinestars, Ducati and, now, Bonnier Motorcycle Group. Along the way, I have excelled in various leadership and management roles. I have had success in reviewing and developing business strategy, finding solutions to complex problems, developing ongoing rapport with internal and external clients, and have had extensive experience with strategic marketing. As a lifelong learner, my future goals are to continue to develop myself, both personally and professionally.
