Supply chain analytics and network optimization.

•	Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify, quantify financial impacts, and determine operational feasibility of optimal customer supply chain solutions and enhanced services to bring value to customers and CHEP. Manager, Supply Chain Optimization & Design

•	Built and analyzed complex supply chain models using Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru to identify cost-saving opportunities within real estate, transportation and plant operations. Model recommendations also included proactive supply chain design for projected growth and network changes, such as the identification of optimal greenfield facilities.
•	Identified and supported execution of supply chain synergy opportunities associated with integration of CHEP USA and IFCO Pallet Management Services. Recommendation included $25M in transportation savings.
•	Managed supply chain network optimization projects in other CHEP regions including Mexico and the Middle East. Recommended a production reallocation and flow optimization strategy in Mexico to achieve $2M in savings. Recommended facility expansion, repositioning of new pallet manufacturing, and flow optimization strategy in the Middle East to achieve $500K in savings and position network for significant growth.
•	Supported the CHEP Canada optimization study which identified a $6M opportunity through the repositioning of production including higher utilization of third party facilities.

Global Network Planning Analyst

•	Generated and analyzed reports providing visibility into operations occurring at over 100 Wal-Mart distribution centers and offsite locations, highlighting opportunities and enabling well-informed decisions. Created a comprehensive scorecard that was sent directly to Wal-Mart.
•	Processed and reconciled Wal-Mart operations and storage invoices on weekly basis.  Analyzed invoice information to identify opportunities to improve operations and lower Wal-Mart storage costs. Enabled YOY reduction of storage costs from $3.6M to $550K. 
•	Developed tools to support the sort accuracy strategy across the Wal-Mart network that resulted in a 2% damage rate reduction and $1.5M in savings in year 1 and an additional 3.9% reduction and $3.8M in savings the following year.
•	Created cost-benefit models to identify and evaluate opportunities within the Wal-Mart TPM and RLC network, such as $450K in savings associated with implementing repair operations at a reverse logistics center in Albuquerque, NM.

Walmart On-Site Operations Analyst

•	Processed all orders (including use of EDI systems) for manufacturer and distributor of protective sporting gear.
•	Supervised all domestic and international logistics: ensured compliance with vendor specified guidelines, managed 3rd party warehouse relationship, monitored inventory and coordinated with freight forwarder regarding inbound international shipments. 
•	Managed A/R and A/P: issued all invoices, handled credit card payments, received and deposited payments, handled collections, reviewed and confirmed bills and performed credit checks.
•	Assisted National Marketing Manager in various efforts (online, print, event and sponsorship); included graphic design.
•	Provided support to product design and development from inception to completion (research, testing, quality control and manufacturing).
•	Assisted in coordination of trade show involvement through space procurement, booth design, acquisition of promotional items and event planning; represented company on site by making sales presentations and conducting negotiations.
