Directed, inspired, and motivated a team of 10 creatives through the development of a cohesive re-branded image for Wear It To Heart with an emphasis on assortment strategies, market trend, silhouette, and fabrication. Implemented integral systems to develop a fluid partnership across all departments between the LA and Central America offices. Developed custom pieces for Carbon38, Bandier, and Peloton, as well as our own brand's designs. Traveled to assure the seamless development of 175+ styles per year.

Managed & delegated tasks of 8 in a fast-paced environment ensuring that strict calendar deadlines were met without sacrificing quality. Researched trends and sales figures to determine accurate direction for the creation of 5 seasons per year- initial concept to production.
