Marketing Graphic Designer

During my time at POW Inc., I was responsible for:
+ Confirming and submitting orders via reps, shops, and online customer  for 2/3 of the brands. (POW and Spacecraft) 
+ Handled all customer reconciliation matters:
     - Warranties, exchanges, and returns, 
 + Assisted with the rebuild of the back-end of the web sites making sure our site(s) worked properly and displayed the proper inventory
+ Worked on the merchandising and layout of product throughout the sites.

My duties as an intern at Mervin included:

Graphic Design Intern

While being a Unicorn at PSC I was responsible for:

     - Writing copy, taking photos, editing and constructing original content

I worked at the Seattle showroom helped with processing and moving old product and assisted with showing next years lines to buyers. I also created some custom artwork for the showroom.
