My name is Melissa and I have over 15 years retail experience. I have held many positions within the retail industry from entry level sales, sales auditing and manager of operations.

Sales Professional (11/2010-Present)

•	Achieve and exceed individual sales plan by utilizing strategic selling skills to assist clients with purchases.

•	Assist stores with immediate customer issues to ensure excellent customer service. Communicate with customers on any bank chage disputes.
•	Communicated all sales related procedural changes with store managers, district managers, and loss prevention representatives.
•	Manually tested all POS software upgrades prior to releasing stores, including launch of Hot Topic gift cards and acceptance of American Express in 2002.
