Office Manager/Sales Manager

I am looking to continue my career in the action sports industry with a challenging position to further my interests. I have a wide range of experience in administration,   IT, sales, and customer  service positions. I am a self-motivator and possess strong people skills. Manage sales accounts, office management, and all related support for a surfboard foam manufacturer.

•	In charge of all accounts' order processing through QuickBooks including dealing directly with the customer (shaper) as well as the retailers.

•      Sales Manager in charge of sales calls, sales visits, customer service, and orders; as well as all related areas.

•	Process orders and RMA’s from taking order through shipping/delivering and invoicing.

•	In charge of all Accounts Receivables.

•	Documentation of all sales ledgers and all related.

•	Co-ordinate the development of day to day office procedures and policies.

•	Co-ordinate import and export procedures for the factory in Ensenada.
