Leads Production Team to ensure M+M's supply chain have the manufacturing capabilities necessary to meet production requirements,
company goals and to sustain high growth.
-	Supports Product Development team in the development of a final assortment that is executable in production.

•	Moved all of M+M's manufacturing from USA to overseas vendors (Indonesia, India, Vietnam, and China) in 6 months.
•	Reduced production lead times by 37% and Reduced product COGS by 38%.
•	Performs overseas factory visits 2-3 times a year.

Managed and evaluated methods of all third-party manufacturers which increased quality and optimized production at the factory level
and across the supply chain.
-	Managed relationship with third-party logistics provider, executed and optimized all freight movements.
-	Developed, updated and enhanced processes and tools to support product planning and financial forecasting.

•   Diversified M+M's supply chain and found the best in class manufacturing partners who specialized in product categories
which improved quality and reduced cost.

-	Reviewed sourcing strategy with regards to performance and developed new sources as needed in accordance to global market trends.
-	Proactively assessed risks and opportunities. Made changes as needed to the supply base to reduce cost, minimized risk, protected
continuity of suppliers and explored emerging opportunities that benefited the brand.
-	Created and implemented SOPs and processes.
•	Produced a fast track style (Beachy Pant) in 26 days.
•	Reduced overall production lead time by 30 days from 120 to 90 days.

Production Manager • Anthropologie

-	Collaborated with cross functional partners to adhere to the product pipeline calendar.
-	Managed vendors and agents and ensured all production time and action dates were met.
o	Managed an average of 60 styles across 5 categories with a total value of $35 million; based on a 6-season calendar.
o	Factories in China, Philippines, Vietnam, India, Turkey, Mexico and USA.
-	Teamed up with Buying and Design teams to increase own brand penetration.
•	Own brand penetration increased by 20%.

Associate Product Development & Production Manager • Anthro

Created and managed the 7FAM (denim) and Splendid & Ella Moss (knit) budget for internal Sewing, Finishing and Repairs
departments.
-	Allocated workflow and maintained WIP for Internal Manufacturing.
-	Researched and executed production cost savings initiatives and collaborated with the engineering department to produce efficiencies.
-	Managed employee development for direct reports and factory operators.
•	Reached goal of $500,000 in savings for internal Sew & Finishing Departments.
•	Reduced internal sewing defect from 35% to 0.5%.

Senior Production Manager Internal Manufacturing
