Domo Subject Matter Expert (Major Domo) and first resource to the Executive and Sales teams in providing Data Visualization, Training on Data Interpretation, Capturing and Tracking Internal Sales details and Point of Sale data from key retailers.
•	Provided Executive and Sales teams visibility to their Sales, Open Orders, Shipment Details, and progress to Goal in one single source of truth by building and orchestrating scheduled data feed reports in Oracle BI Publisher and other sources, joined in Domo using Magic ETL, and creating subsequent KPI Data Visualizations in a Dashboard format.
•	Created better visibility, better decisions, and increased sales by capturing, building, and orchestrating disparate POS data from various sources into Domo BI app for multiple key accounts.  Created Dashboards and Data Visualizations for POS KPI’s, with easy to read tables, charts, and graphs in an organized environment for Sales and Executive teams to monitor and analyze account/regional/product performance at point of sale.  
•	Developed, implemented, and trained users on a Sales Forecasting process that gave visibility to previous sales and allowed for more accurate sales forecasting by account/month.  Connected to Domo BI app to provide real-time roll-up visibility for the executive team.
•	Conducted shared learning gatherings among Domo users to bring forth questions around BI functions and capabilities, and as a result, teaching Domo users how to fish and increasing the acceptance rate from nearly zero to 40% across the entire enterprise.

•	Managing, tracking, and delegating all report request in order to accommodate all reporting needs while avoiding duplicate efforts and report proliferation.
•	Designing a Data Library with a core set of validated datasets that can be used cross-functionally and provide a trusted single source of truth and actionable insights.
•	Created and joined Sales Order and On-Hand Inventory Status reports in WMS & ERP to provide visibility of Sales Orders and Availability to the Sales teams and eliminate the disconnect along OTC (Order-to-Cash) flow.


Oracle Business Intelligence SuperUser

Driving to improve the Nite Ize Oracle Cloud user experience as we stabilize the system with the new systems and tools.
•	Solved data issues after go-live as new requirements are brought to light by maintaining and updating all Customer and Item Master data via FBDI loads.
•	Developed and implemented a 7-tier Product Categorization methodology, which aligns Product with Finance on all Finished Goods.  This resulted in flexible reporting by Brand, Category/Sub-category, Sub-Brand, etc, and alignment within Sales Revenue, G/L Accounting, Marketing and Procurement/Supply Chain areas.
•	Developed and implemented Royalties as a cost component in the BOM structure of root items, which eliminated the requirement to calculate and segment multiple royalty payouts on complex items and ensure payees are compensated accurately.


Oracle Master Data SuperUser

Teamed with over 40 domestic and offshore experts within a 9-month go-live timeframe to configure and implement Oracle Cloud ERP, WMS, CRM, and PD enterprise solutions.  
•	Aligned with the implementation team to be the on-site resource of current business process details which was crucial in joining Nite Ize business practices with Oracle Cloud solutions requirements.
•	Utilized Data Mining, Data Mapping, and Process Improvement skills to provide data from the legacy system and transition Order to Cash transactional processes in the new environment.
•	Architected New Item Creation process with system-based orchestration, which provides complete, accurate and more efficient item creation and prevents bottlenecks due to missing attributes down the line.
•	Developed, Configured, and Implemented a Data Import process to efficiently load orders from ERP to WMS to ensure the warehouse is receiving complete sales order information to their system in a timely manner, allowing them to allocate and ship on time.
•	Developed a work-around for Sales/Commission tracking at the Ship-To location in order calculate incentive pay for sales team members, necessary for Drop-Ship partners with mixed sales account managers.
