Prospect potential customers through website inquiries, trade show activities, networking, and marketing programs. Serve as the first point of contact for department staff regarding managerial decisions including customer relations falling outside standards in the absence of the Director of Sales and Marketing. Review and monitor response times, rate of contact, and opportunity to win ratio of sales activities. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Accounting Teams to improve Delivery and Overall Customer Satisfaction Performance.
