Ecommerce Management & Operations

Starting off in the skate shop and now a seasoned sales professional, I have over 15 years of sales and ecommerce operations experience. I have deep knowledge of ecommerce and wholesale operations with over a decade of experience. I can manage multiple websites on a global scale and have the ability to work in a fast paced setting. I am very detail oriented, can make metric driven decisions, and have excellent problem solving skills. I have the ability to work cross-functional and can seamlessly work with my own team as well as other departments.In my personal life, I love to skate and snowboard. My favorite mountain to ride is Mammoth or anywhere in Tahoe. I have an extensive vinyl and music collection, which means I love to DJ as well (on Turntables). Over the past few years, I have developed a passion for mountain biking. I love riding in San Clemente or the bike park at Santa&#39;s Village. I&#39;m always trying to learn and elevate my life in positive ways.

Job Overview - Pioneered a role called Head of Direct to Store, which we used Shopify B2B to sell our retailers in the United States, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, and Asia. I managed the day to day operations of all 3 Shopify B2B websites and reported directly to the Chief Digital Officer. 

Merchandising - I built out 3 Shopify B2B stores which were USD, EUR, and GBP currencies. I developed the navigation, homepage, collection pages, help center, updated content and copy, and manage product sorting. Eventually, we combined all 3 Shopify stores into 1 multi-currency Shopify store. 

Product Management - Uploaded all product descriptions, product information, photos, and wholesale/ RRP pricing to Shopify. I maintained pricing lists and product segmentation for all customers. 

Demand Planning - I would make recommendations to the buying team on style replenishment based on sell through and current inventory. Also, I would suggest inventory transfers amongst our 3 warehouses so we could serve our wholesale customers quicker and more efficiently. 

Email Marketing - I managed our email list for wholesale customers and wrote copy for our weekly email. I worked with our Head of Retention Marketing to create new customers and post purchase email journeys with Klaviyo.

Cross Functional - I was able to work efficiently and communicate effectively with the Marketing, Accounting, Photo Department, and Creative team. 

KPI Reporting - I reported weekly to our executive team on month to date revenue, total units sold, top selling SKUs, customer lifetime value, customer acquisition, and average order value. 

Customer Service - I worked with our 2 in-house customer service agents and 10 global sales agencies to solve issues such as: lost packages, mis-shipped products, customer credits or refunds, providing invoices and tracking information, order fulfillment and overall general questions from customers. Set up SOP’s with internal team.

Head of Direct To Store

Job Overview - I managed the day to day operations of all 5 Sole Technology brand websites. Reported directly to the Global Director of Ecommerce. I managed a team of 4 for our department. 

Merchandising - Managed homepage content, created collection pages, built out micro-sites, set up sorting rules, search redirects, updated navigation based on analytics, set up featured and recommended products. The goal was to maintain brand identity but make sure our customer shopping experience was exceptional. Creating the overall look and feel of our website and shopping experience. 

Demand Planning - Created the seasonal buys for all our ecommerce sites according to marketing stories, inventory on-hand, sell through rate, and industry trends. Using Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and working with the Global Director of Ecommerce to ensure the most accurate buy. I would input the buys into our ERP system and manage them till the product arrived in our warehouse. 

Product Management - Uploaded all product information, product descriptions, photos, pricing across all 5 websites. I maintained our full price and off price product offerings each season. I maintained SMU and margin building products for our ecommerce stores.

Email Marketing - Worked with our Email Marketing Specialist to execute our marketing calendar for new seasonal products, promotional items, and collaboration stories through Omnisend.

Cross Functional - I was able to work efficiently and communicate effectively with the Marketing, Accounting, Photo Department, and Creative team.

Customer Service - Working with them to update any SOPs, updating our help center, communicating with our warehouse on daily order fulfillment, issuing refunds or credits to customers.

Website Migration - During my time at Sole Technology, we did 2 website migrations, we went from a custom platform to Salesforce then went to Shopify Plus. I was instrumental in the onboarding process during our migration to Shopify Plus.
