·Management experience for key accounts and in-house sales, credit and collections, organizational skills , 7+ years using database applications such as OMS (Office Master System), Full Circle, Outlook (Microsoft office products), AS400 operating system, Micro Strategy and excel.

Key Account Sales - Military Channel

Key role for in-house ecommerce sales team with assisting managers and hitting our sales goals quarterly/yearly (Amazon, Zappos, Mason and Military channel). 
Understanding and reviewing all shipping and selling reports provided by all buyers per selling group within all brands.
Completing and finalizing all pre-work and NIS templates, forms (MTBA, FAB, etc) and outlines needed for buyers in order for them to submit all EDI orders in a timing matter.
Providing key selling materials, ATS, and reporting to help drive more at once business.
Using all web interface of accounts to follow sell through and providing input in reorders/Pre-books when needed.
Focusing on Key SMUs within the company and working with design team to collaborate on new opportunities.
Attending all tradeshows and presentation new season product.
Weekly phone calls with buyers.
Pushing off price product where any opening presents itself.
Working daily with operations team and upper management.


Management of out-side sales reps dealing with major accounts across the country (Journey’s, Ammazon, Zappos, Zumiez, Nordstrom, AAFES etc.), working closely with marketing, accounting, warehouse and production team.  Maintain and develop excellent customersupport for the account base, and to maintain a positive image for the brand.  Assisting in many aspects of the company including inclusive of hiring outside reps, attending trade shows all over the country and doing product and sales presentations for accounts.

Domestic In-House Sales Manager

Sales calls to existing and potential accounts/customers.  Responsible for hitting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals determined by upper management.  Resolve any retailer questions and/or issues.  Co-coordinating with all pertinent aspects of shipping, sales managers, and the outside sales force for the entire west coast territory.

In-house Sales

Presetting and handling purchase orders in a timely matter. Coordinate with warehouse representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of products. Prepare documents such as purchase orders, and shipping orders to route items and manage distribution time line. Placing purchase orders for exciting product lines and new product development. Experience with MS word, excel, Outlook, and Retail Pro.

Purchase orders (POs)/Buyer

Retail manager with experience in a major clothing store.  Hired and trained sales staff. Increased store inventory and expanded merchandise purchases. Responsibilities included merchandising, customer service, and all other responsibilities that go along with running and maintaining the store.
