Director of Marketing/ Managing Partner

I am a lifelong action sports enthusiast with Director level experience. Most recently I conceptualized and developed an industry changing alcoholic beverage that consistently outsells category leading products from AB- InBev, Miller Coors, & Boston Beer Company.  We created and continue to define the category while constrained by the limitations of a personally financed company. More than doubled revenues each year despite increasing direct competition.  In addition to my professional experience I graduated top 10% from the Kent State Graduate School of Management and have a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

-Conceptualized a new, unique, and compelling product with no prior industry experience
-Recruited world renowned team of suppliers to assist in product development
-Developed and maintain distribution network of 100 territories spanning two states
-Negotiate contracts with supply chain, distribution partners, and organized labor
-Maintain multiyear corporate partnerships with professional sporting teams and venues
-Central point of contact for wholesalers, retailers, end users, press, and third party suppliers
-Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local alcohol distribution laws
-Host industry leading vendor booth at trade shows and beer fests
-Develop and purchase advertising (social media/ radio/ print/ billboard/ web)
-Maintain website updates, search engine optimization, and monitor analytics
-Produce all branding materials and co-manage social media platforms
-Assemble yearly financial records and manage short term cash account


-Responsible for ongoing training of 295 Sales Associates on the highest profile account (10M)
-Sales Team increased revenues from 1M to 10M in toughest economic season to date
-Communicated frequently with Directors of a multinational corporation on program progress
-Assisted in the development of a companywide new hire training manual and welcome module
-Took part in think tank discussions at Best Buy world headquarters
-Conducted on-site quality control in 13 national markets
-Selected to assemble and manage newly formed Elite Training Division
