Responsible for day to day operations, finance and accounting for an established advertising agency focused on connecting celebrities to advertisers. Our core competency includes talk radio host endorsements. We also manage outdoor, print and television campaigns.

•	Reduced operational costs through contract negation and vendor streamlining.
•	Negotiated, signed and implemented an incentive-based vendor agreement resulting in $100K in previously untapped revenue.
•	Develop, prepare and report Board and Management Financial Package as well as Annual Operating Plan and Five-Year Forecast to Senior Managers, C-Level Executives, Board Members and Investors.
•	Planned, managed and completed annual full-scale audit ensuring GAAP compliance.
•	Participated in multiple corporate restructurings including acquisitions, mergers, name changes and corporate dissolutions. Intimately familiar with Federal and State filings for LLCs, S Corporations and C Corporations both privately held and with a Board of Directors and Investors.
•	Designed, administered and accounted for company-wide compensation, incentive and commission plans.
•	Reviewed and negotiated legal contracts including customer agreements, NDAs, referral agreements and vendor agreements.
•	Assisted in design and implementation of Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) software and reporting.
•	Functioned as human resources manager including recruiting, hiring and terminations ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations.
•	Manage corporate insurance requirements.
•	Work with all departments to improve training, workflow, efficiencies and cut costs.
•	Handle business management and review sales performance. Advise on general overall business functionality including strategic planning, operations, cost containment and financial systems and reporting.
•	Managed a staff overseeing all monthly accounting processes including AR, credit/collections, AP and auditing.
•	Implemented an ERP transition to QuickBooks.
