I have been employed with lost surfboards. I was the production manager of the manufacturing factory aka (shaping bays).  During my past 6 years with the company, production has increased immensely. I have 3 CNC operators, 10 shapers, and numerous glass shops that I work with on a daily basis. I worked my way up from a CNC operator, so I know the ins and outs of the whole production process. 


Facilitated manufacturing efforts in every facet. Streamlining all production processes, organizing production flow and deadlines, overseeing all business operations, managing a team of 10 shapers and 3 CNC operators, expediting operations and negotiating cost and production schedules with sub-contractors and vendors. Troubleshooting problems with manufacturing equipment in order to meet deadlines and demands. Directing correspondence and execution in all departments: art, sales, shipping, operations, corporate, and manufacturing. Adapting quickly to meet corporate initiatives.
