By using a customer-centric approach, I work to pinpoint the weakness and ultimately elevate brand awareness. By using my experience in Visually Creative Marketing I have been championed for my unconventional mindset. I firmly reject the one-size-fits-all mentality, yet I am humble enough to go back to the drawing board when an idea fails.

Field Sales / Marketing Representitive

Was the Regional Supervisor for the client, The Home Depot Marketing & Promotions Department through Acosta Mosaic Group.
Supervised a team of 40 + Promotional Demonstration Representatives, in The Home Depot Stores throughout San Diego and Orange Counties.
Implemented a check-in check-out program to track and communicate with Demonstration Reps in the field, which saved the company money and time by streamlining this process and updating it from its previous antiquated methods.

Regional Supervisor, Southern California

Met all developing requirements of the Corporate Offices and our clients as well as evaluating Rep performance.
Auditing Reps and visit reports to ensure Client needs are being met.?
