Over the last decade I have worked as a Director of Photography, Photo Editor and Commercial Photographer. From a college internship with Bike Magazine in 2007, I would end up leading the visual direction of the brand as their Director of Photography in 2017. Leveraging my extensive editorial experience, I have developed an unmistakable style with my work. My passion is creating narrative and I aim to communicate experience to elicit a visceral response with photography.	

• Created editorial feature content for print, web and social media.
• Managed a global contributor base of over 100 photographers.
• Received, edited and organized daily general submissions.
• Worked with the editorial team to curate pitches and assign feature
content for nine print issues annually.
• Strategized and managed distribution of images for Instagram and
Facebook needs.
• Played an integral role in managing branded content partnerships from
concept to execution to distribution through all of Bike Magazines editorial channels. Additionally, I would shoot stills for many of these campaigns.
• Responsible for producing studio images for all gear reviews and product appearing on Bike Magazine editorial channels.
• Wrote copy for Photo Annual columns, gear reviews and social media captions.
• Helped direct overall brand strategy

DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY

• Helped transition the photo department from a shared services model to one solely focused on Bike’s daily image needs.
• Managed a global contributor base and worked with the editorial team to satisfy images needs for all editorial platforms.

PHOTO EDITOR

• Splitting my time between Bike, Powder and Paved I played an integral role in maintaining the extensive photo files of each title.
• Photo research and file management.
• Wrote gear reviews for Bike’s print and online properties.
• Produced studio product photography for all three titles.
• Shot feature content for Bike and Paved.
