Lead team of 6 directing strategy for global sourcing, product development, and production for all private label brands in Men’s Denim, Bottoms and Outerwear
Strategically sourced and on-boarded new manufacturers that met Pacific Sunwear’s product needs and costing structure. Integrated new manufacturer's into my seasonal sourcing plans
Impact: Revamped the Young Men’s denim vendor matrix, and took a direct approach to materials sourcing and wash development, allowing Pac Sun to decrease lead times by 20%, increase initial margins by 7% all while elevating the level of washing and finishing of the product
