15+ yrs of  experience in the action sports  industry, from  Sales(inside&outside), Retail  Managment, Buyer, Customer  Service Manager & Snow Tech.  Extremely self-motivated,  multi-task master with close attention to detail at all  times, with a strong passion  for the lifestyle.

-Daily order management from phone call or email to actual order entry: order receiving, editing and processing
-Key account/EDI Coordinator
-Allocation of inventory in relation to sales order release and execution.
-Active interface with accounting to be current on company credit policy, dealer status, accounts receivable

Customer Service Manager

- Maintain order file, ensure that the subsidiary accounts receive their orders in full and on time
-Accept, enter and confirm SMU and seasonal production orders for accounts
-Execute timely ordering, production, shipping and tracking of all sales samples, and point of sale items to regions
-Re-format and distribute ATS reports, individualized footwear and apparel WIP/shipping schedules weekly
- Track and ensure timely delivery of all necessary invoice and customs documentation: Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Packing lists, Import Licenses, etc


International Sales Ops Coordinator - Asia Pacific

-Assist & support the outside Sales Reps and Marketing Dept. in many areas including: data/order entry, special orders, prebook orders, returns, credits, processing of orders, sample and promo requests for reps, sponsored athletes, and other industry professionals, consumer requests, and much more, via heavy phone, email and fax.
- Handle all North American accounts as well as assisting with International distributors.
