Sr. Network/Systems Administrator

Responsible for maintaining/troubleshooting/upgrading: Cisco L3/L2 switches, routers, ASA firewalls, remote access and site-to-site VPNs; Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365; Netapp SAN systems; Epicor 9 ERP servers. Rolled out a new, centrally managed WIFI infrastructure and RADIUS authentication at all 7 locations. Implemented a multi-host VMware ESXi/vCenter environment and virtualized 20+ servers.

Responsibilities included administration of: Microsoft AD, Exchange 2003/2010, SQL 2000/2008; VMware ESXi/vCenter and SRM failover; EDI development both in-house and working with VANs; Dell EqualLogic and HP MSA SAN; Symantec Enterprise Vault; Double-Take and DFS replication/backup; Boomi business integration; AFS ERP system. Converted all physical servers to a multi-host VMware virtual environment. Planned and implemented a disaster recovery plan utilizing VMware SRM, Dell EqualLogic, and Veeam. Exchange and SQL server migrations/upgrades. Migrated dozens of Boomi processes from Integration Platform to AtomSphere.

Sr. Systems/Network Administrator

Provided business IT consulting, service, and hardware for approximately 15 small to medium sized businesses. Projects included Active Directory migrations; PCI compliance; Exchange migrations; Blackberry Enterprise Server installs; integration of various vertical market applications; spam and content filtering. As co-owner, was also responsible for day-to-day operations including accounting, finance, billing, sales, and employee management.
