SENIOR ACCOUN MANAGER

Operational, non-sales related. Function as the liaison between account’s operations and management teams. Manage relationships of the company’s highest volume accounts. Understanding and achieving the short term and long-term business goals for my accounts. Responsible for providing accounts with strategic management, planning and forecasting. Partner with internal departments to accomplish inventory, logistics and project deadline goals.  Manage order file and allocate orders to meet specific shipping instructions and deadlines. Resolving internal and account discrepancies. Help facilitate and run weekly reports to maintain goals and deadlines. Responsible for the smooth flow of the accounts product and troubleshooting of problems and delays, should they arise.

Liaison between Sales team, Production, Accounts and Warehouse. Data entry and ERP management. SKU creation and management to enable accurate internal data maintenance. Assist with production PO’s and follow up with production accuracy, deadlines, and deliveries. Maintain and manage order ?le, allocation, shortages, and logistics for wholesale. Maintain and manage orders and product merchandising for Ecommerce. Prepare required documents for domestic and international shipments. Oversee inventory management. Run weekly, monthly, and yearly ?nancial reports. EDI setup and order execution. 

Account Coordinator

Prepare product and service reports. Manage order ?le. Handle allocation and shipping issues. Proactive with sales reps and buyers to resolve product availability, credit issues and payment collections.

Wholesale Customer Service Rep

Process EDI orders and maintain the order ?les. Handle allocations and shipping issues. Function as a support between the outside reps, production and distribution teams. Monitor order ?le by being proactive with sales reps and buyers to resolve product availability and credit issues.
