Worked with Reps , Opened all new accounts, making changes to the master SAP account base, releasing all US domestic orders that go on hold and authorizing credit lines of up to $150K. Worked closely with the collection department to change terms/limits when needed in order to get product moving. Handled Large special projects. Worked with international accounts as well as B2B accounts. Updating customer's accounts, analyzing data to make credit decisions on new accounts and already established accounts/ credit lines. Attended credit meetings on behalf of company. Interacting with both sales , reps ,and customers. Running account reports for the Sales department and credit department.



 Credit Anaylst

Handing all master SAP changes, setting up accounts, drop ships, and adjusting credit limits to meet needs of customer's and business. Ensuring all information in system is correct and up to date. Interacting with Sales, Reps and customer's on daily basis. Running reports for both sales and credit departments.

Credit Clerk

Doing daily bank deposits , applying balances to accounts, debiting customers, and crediting customers, excel spreadsheets of weekly balances.

AR Clerk

Stocked merchandise, created displays showcasing new products , and sales,  organized clothing racks, tables , ensuring appealing, organized and tidy clothing displays. Rang up customers purchasing items. Handled cash, supplied customer service, answered customer questions and placed orders.
