Marketing Manager

•	A marketing,  sales and communications  professional with more  than 11 years of  experience in executive  administration,  advertising/media  relations, marketing,  corporate  communications, public  relations, advertising  and sales.

Work with distribution partners to develop and implement approved co-op marketing proposals.
Provide input to Product Marketing product plans and product definition and introduce new products to targeted segments.
Participate in market analysis, competitive analysis, product positioning and pricing promotion, forecasting, product introductions, the development of sales tools and distribution sales training.

•	Create budget plans, prepare and execute marketing plans geared toward obtaining specific  sales and ROI objectives
•	Develop short and long range business plans that are thorough, realistic and effective in meeting goals
•	Incorporate knowledge and understanding of vendor marketing management process, methods and practices into solid marketing programs
•	Balance management of staff while working on the planning/coordination/execution piece with the logistics/execution portion of their jobs
•	Create an enthusiastic, productive, can-do attitude environment for team of marketing specialists/program managers
•	Conceive and develop a marketing proposal, prepare a marketing budget, then sell it to the vendor.  Once the proposal(s) are approved, coordinate and influence the activities of a variety of different people (the graphic artists, external vendors).  Ensure work gets delivered and executed by the agreed upon timetables.
