Product developer 

-Work on daily development of product, sourcing, material specification, BOM management, costing and preproduction
-develop vendor base with factories and raw material suppliers, and relationships that support the brand objectives in terms of product, cost, quality, delivery, and innovation
-Product development, Commercialization and Costing process and system SOP’s implementation and execution.
-Costing pattern engineering excellence, materials costing and consumptions and BOM building and LOP fluency.
-execute, develop and articulate strategy with materials suppliers, factory owners and managers, staff

-Responsible for product creation and revision throughout the product development process
-Coordinates spec and construction details
-Communicates with overseas vendors and buyers regarding all aspect of the development process
-Follow up with vendors/factories on all styles and communicate any changes or additional 	details
-Partner with vendors to source trims and fabrics

-Created design work sheet, tech pack in PDM program.  
-Worked with Design Director, VP of Design and Merchandisers on styles for seasons
-Worked with all departments such as productions, fabric sourcing, trim development, technical design, pattern makers, marketing & grading to achieve all aspect to create a style
-Develop trims and worked with trim vendors from China
-Detail oriented in technical construction details such as embellish trim layout, novelty closure details, placket/neck construction, shirring/pleats details.
-Responsible for follow through on sample making
-Attend fitting, responsible for sample fit and shape
