Provide exceptional customer service and showroom support to ensure that every aspect of the client experience – from product order to installation – exceeds expectations.

-Manage entire workflow including quotes, change orders, delivery and installation
-Proactively communicate and escalate product changes, date changes and delivery changes to
customers and internal teams
-Serve as trusted resource for Sales and Customer Care teams in troubleshooting and resolving product delivery and client issues
