- Collaborated with the organizational team for accreditation, prize-moneys and side events 
- Managed 20 Chinese persons volunteer team in planning, training and coordination
- Performed information process optimization on communication within events

Operations Coordinator

- Instructed English to a classroom of 25 students (5 - 14 yrs) in Lobitos Public School 
- Designed new logo for the Lobitos Surf Club T-Shirt
- Supervised group of 4 people during the renovation of Association’s premises
