Special Event Operations

Business minded sports professional, focused on marketing, operations and management in professional sports.

Experience and background in over 5 years of sport management including; NCAA Division I Athletics - Mount St. Mary's University, Minor League Baseball - Los Angeles Dodgers, Professional Motorsports - NHRA, Major League Baseball - Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and other professional sport platforms.

•	Manage event operations, coordinate stadium logistics, and oversee client services directly with the Event Sales and Service Manager and Ballpark Operations Department. 
•	Act as a liaison between clients, Legends Hospitality, and Security Department to ensure event success through managing on-site client services, project management, and event activation.

•	Oversee daily operations and event logistics with the Senior Director, Ballpark Operations. Work in sync with the Marketing, Sales, and Service Department to ensure service standards are met and exceeded for all premium clients.
•	Monitor credentials, client services, and premium venue operations through providing exceptional customer service to all sponsors, premium clients, and guests. 
•	Collaborate with the Premium Sales Manager in direct support of premium client services, operations, and ticketing issues. Built and sustain positive recurring relationships with all premium clients, sponsors, and special guests.
•	Assist the Corporate Sales Department in marketing activation, special events, and tours of premium seating & suites.
•	Address guest inquiries through efficient marketing of premium seating packages, luxury suite rentals, and premium client amenities.

Premium Client Services/ Ballpark Operations

•	Managed, fostered, and strengthened national event sponsorships through proper execution of all in-market partnership elements throughout 24 national events. Worked directly with the Vice President of National Event Marketing in creating and implementing new marketing outlets for all series, title, and contingency sponsors.
•	Built successful marketing and sales tools with the Director of National Event Marketing, which are used by the department to manage series and title sponsorship elements at national events. This also included managing sales proposals, sponsorship upgrades, and creation of marketing elements to retain recurring partners.
•	Forecasted and reported in-market sponsorship costs, hospitality events, and additional financial expenses. This included maintaining a $50,000+ budget for sponsorship activities in national markets. 
•	Collaborated with Ticket and Advertising Departments to ensure proper execution of on-site promotions for sponsors, fans, and VIPS. Managed guest services for season ticket holders, corporate sponsors, and premium clients.
•	Other responsibilities included; managing national operational logistics and event signage. Provided data analysis of fan analytics, branding, and product consumption. Developed and executed creative marketing campaigns through social media platforms.

Marketing Services Manager

•	Educated and trained entry level Account Executives in sales processes and company operational procedures. Worked directly with the Vice President of Ticket Sales and department directors in organizing, implementing and creating new outlets for marketing and sales efforts.  
•	Maintained successful and recurring relationships with current and potential clients in assistance with season ticket plans, group events, corporate partnerships, and premium sales. Led the ticketing department in overall season ticket sales; January 2014 through March 2014.
•	Collaborated regularly with the Vice President/General Manager in developing new opportunities for corporate partnerships, special events, social media, and guest experience. Managed daily ballpark operations, oversee event logistics, and coordinated special promotions at LoanMart Field. 
•	Managed marketing and sales opportunities with the Los Angeles Dodgers within the community.

Ticket Sales Manager

•	Reported directly to the Vice President of Ticket Sales in all sales and marketing tasks. Worked with the Director of Season Tickets and Operations in coordinating sales events, managing guest services, and ballpark operations.
•	Directed, maintained, and hired seasonal staff that operates facilities, box office, and operations at the Stadium. 
•	Managed season ticket and premium sales accounts in successful new and renewal client sales. Created unique sales proposals, partnership upgrades opportunities, and event recap reports for partnership evaluation. 
•	Built foundational and successful sales report while exceeding individual premium, group, and department sales goals in 2012 and 2013 seasons.
•	Represented the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes and Los Angeles Dodgers in marketing the Dodgers Organization throughout community events.

Account Executive

•	Cultivated marketing programs, managed sales processes, and oversaw operations at all Southern California locations. 
•	Cohesively managed store operations with the store manager and owners effectively. Trained, supervised, and directed new employees in operational procedures, sales and marketing standards. 
•	Managed and maintained communication with outside sales reps and national vendors for recurring purchase orders.
•	Represented and managed the company brand through effective marketing at events throughout Southern California.

Assistant Retail Operations Manager

•	Planned with the Assistant Athletic Director in the renovation of the women’s softball field, ensuring NCAA Division I standards.  This included; on-site construction management, ordering and purchasing, and overall project management for completion.
•	Supervised student workers with prioritizing daily work duties, coordinated athletic schedules, and placed orders for all athletic teams to vendors; Adidas, New Balance, Nike and Asics.  
•	Worked daily with all NCAA Division I coaching staff and athletic administration to coordinate sport scheduling, equipment inventory, and facility operations.
•	Served as Athletic Operations Management/Coach Assistant Intern for NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Program during the 2009-2010 Season. Duties included; supervised student managers, managed game film and video logistics, oversaw on-site athletic competition and game operations, managed bench duties at home and away games, and organized team travel activities.
•	Other operational duties include; prepared athletic venues for competition, assisted in production of all summer athletic camps, managed all athletic facilities and game operations.
