I am a dedicated individual and quick learner. Currently employed as a project manager for online solutions for real estate print marketing. My duties include knowing every aspect of a new project and program, preparing materials for training and samples as well as how to best market these new products. I am required to have good relationships with clients, supplying them with quick and cohesive assistance. I have to have knowledge of big data collecting, general graphics understanding, online coding, product development, and copy writing. 

Additionally, I have a strong understanding of social media, blogging and how to keep regular interests. I am an active user of wordpress.com, Instagram and Twitter as means to supply a help forum for bariatric patients, giving regular advice on exercise and nutrition.

Handle daily incoming requests and questions from marketing departments of major real estate brokerages. Direct contact with clients and acting as a liaison between our companies in a professional manner. Developing new products and marketing strategies of said products. Guiding the process from idea to fruition every step of the way. Knowing the inside workings of each department and requirements of our online solutions. Pulling together all data and information that's needed and staying on top of each step, guiding each phase of development and keeping each department involved on track. Diligence in keeping up with ongoing projects and new marketing strategies. Keeping a finger on the pulse of the industry.

Customer service representative and technical assistant. Call center and cold calls required to be made. Assisted clients with using Impact's online solution for their print marketing. Supervised over other CSRs when management was unavailable.
