-	Develop specific programs for key marketing pushes and endorsee initiatives (Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez...) 

SMU: 
-	Manage and drive major key account SMU business: 20% of current business


Product Manager - Lifestyle Footwear / Apparel

-	Manage SMU business from brief to commercialization; supporting China, Japan and US markets directly 
-	Drive seamless direct-to-development process between HQ / Creation Center and Tier 1 factory 
-	Ensure material selection, material standards, development timeline and cost to target are met 
-	Weekly footwear / material development trainings including visits to T1 and T2 suppliers 


Vietnam Sourcing Assignment - Lifestyle Footwear

-	Contribution to new football product range and global brand launch: South Africa World Cup 2010
-	Implement quick response program; work directly with factory to fulfill last minute requests from sales
