Co-Founder / Video Producer / Editor

Motivated and knowledgable Video-Producer/Editor seeking to utilize over 10 years of experience and expertise in video production practices and media marketing strategies for clients, companies, and organizations looking to captivate their audience using a visual language everyone can understand.  Educated and experienced  in  professional video  production. Graduated  with a BA in Visual Arts  Media; minor in  Sociology. Seven years experience in the action sports industry, ten years experience as a video producer.

I am the co-founder and video producer for MAHFIA.TV – the leading digital global destination for women’s action sports culture. Producing and curating authentic, branded and high-quality content on a multi-media platform — we are an interactive community for females whose passions are expressed through skate, snow, surf, wake, travel, culture and diversity.

MAHFIA.TV is created by MAHFIA PRODUCTIONS, INC., a media production company based in California, rooted in action sports, youth culture, music, and entertainment.  For the past five years we’ve ignited a movement that empowers women and girls all over the world to break through conformity and follow their passions.  We've traveled near and far to promote and encourage young women to participate and engage themselves within action sports and the male dominated industry their sport(s) reside in.

Not only have we created a respected industry-leading brand, we've also built a marketing agency and advertising platform for brands and clients to engage our target audience [MAHFIA.TV].  By providing services including concept-to-visualization video production, web advertising via branded video channels, traditional cpm web marketing, online shop integration, social media marketing, and cross-platform retargeting; MAHFIA has established itself as THE partnership platform for brands to authentically access and engage potential customers.

MAHFIA.TV is the leading digital global destination for women’s action sports culture. Producing and curating authentic, branded and high- quality content on a multi-media platform; an interactive community for females whose passions are expressed through skate, snow, surf, wake, travel, culture and diversity.

Effectively directed and managed entire video production process for successful action sports start-up entrepreneurship and industry leading clients / brands / companies.  
Wide knowledge and expert experience of production / cinematic practices within studio and ‘extreme’ settings: camera (HD video / DSLR shooting / go pro), lighting, time-lapse, dolly, steadicam.  
Expert knowledge and experience in non-linear editing, post-production, and graphic design (FINAL CUT STUDIO / ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE).  
Extensive knowledge of previous and current analog and digital distribution including: NTSC / PAL broadcast / web compression codecs.
Consulted and oversaw the completion and execution of targeted multimedia branding strategies including: online media / mobile media / live events.

Video Producer

Manage day to day needs of a 10 person team representing 5-hour ENERGY, including but not limited to monitoring uniforms, car maintenance, equipment, product inventory, spot checks, budgeting and program reporting as well as event staffing. 
Also responsible for seeking out Hispanic community focussed events and partnerships for 5-hour ENERGY sampling team to be a part of and coordinating details for those events in relation to the team.
