I am currently responsible for improving the productivity of all team members. My position is responsible for effective development, coordination, and presentation of training and development programs for all employees. As a Service/Leadership Development Manager, I assess company wide development needs to drive training initiatives, and identify and arrange suitable training solutions for each restaurant and its teams. I continuously and actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to better educate our teams. Along with enhancing and recognizing individual team performances.
