Branch Manager

I have over 5 years sales experience in both the construction and action sports fields. While I work full time as a manager in the construction equipment industry, I still am involved at a local surf retailer on a sales basis out of my passion for sport.

-Train and manage staff

-Trouble-shoot the organizations website daily identifying and correcting missing or erroneous links, product text descriptions, html descriptions, and other online store content
-Develop and implement online advertising campaigns and promotions

-Generate content for the Surf Station web page in the form of blog posts and product reviews.
-Track and report online ad effectiveness using Google adwords and Google analytics.

Inventory and Content Manager

-Planned, Organized, and Implemented a demo tour for Channel Islands Surfboards to hit key markets in Florida with the help of sales reps and Channel Islands
-Maintained communication between sales reps, dealers, and the East Coast warehouse
-Updated East Coast Warehouse inventory lists for Channel Islands products and delivered it to dealers and sales reps.
-Assisted reps by pulling Channel Islands products from the warehouse inventory to  distribute to Florida Accounts.
-Assisted shop staff and customers in placing board orders
-Assisted Shipping manager with filling out order labels and customs information.
