- Build custom Audio/Video rack systems.
- Read and interpret A/V system drawing package.
- Troubleshoot and create custom solutions for integrated systems.
- Install A/V and Telecommunications systems and low-voltage system accessories.

Cretstron DMC-D, Biamp Audia, Smart Installer and Trainer Level 2&3, Cisco C.P., AMX Enova and Basic Programmer, Lutron Lighting

A/V Systems Integrator

Multiple store location manager.
Skateboard, snowboard and accessory buyer.
Maintain, track and choose stock based on each locations needs.
Manage the completion of all tuning/mounting of snowboard equipment and rentals.
Create visual merchandising displays in stores and windows. 
Arrange all soft/hard goods within each store based on season.

Snowboard & Skateboard Buyer

General sales, ordering, store layout and window displays. 
Sales in Skateboard and Snowboard hard goods, soft goods and accessories. 
Organize and help supervise contests, demos, events and implement skateparks with local town officials. 
Responsible for nightly count sheets and deposits.

Retail Sales Manager / Project Coordinator

Aquatics Director responsibilities:

Carry and maintain C.P.O. License (Certified Pool Operator)
Overall management of 6 pools, 3 seperate town locations and average of 40+ employees.
Supervise the lifeguards and swim instructors.
Oversee the develpoment of swim lessons.
Develop, monitor and oversee the aquatic budget.
Work hands on as a lifeguard and swim instructor.
Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training, evaluation and termination of aquatics staff.
Responsible for the implementation of Aquatics Safety Standards as set forth by the YMCA and Red Cross.
Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the aquatic facilities.


Camp Executive responsibilities:

All listed above requirements of the Aquatics Director role, in the day Camp setting.
Assist in the planning, organiztion and leading of camp activities.
Supervise and ensure the safety of campers at all times.
Effectively cpmmunicate with staff, parents and campers.
The visual and physical ability to respond to critical incedents and the physical ability to act swiftly in an emergency.

Learn the requirements to become certified in Professional Rescue, YMCA and Red Cross First Aid, first responder, lifeguarding, WSI (Water Safety Instructor), C.P.O. (Certified Pool Operator).

Assistant Aquatics Director / Assistant Camp Executive
