Footwear designer

Highly versatile position holding responsibilities with inline “Made in USA” product, Advanced Concepts, and Lifestyle categories. Collaboration and consultation with each category to inject a youthful freshness and newness to a wide range of already strong heritage product - Main objective being to leverage an existing foundation to demonstrate future opportunities within existing markets and open possibilities for new markets.

Solely responsible for all aspects of in-house footwear design projects. Leveraging consumer
insight and brand history to design a heritage product with modern appeal. Utilizing technical knowledge and color/material/trim experience to develop high level design for a broad spectrum of retail spaces.

Footwear Designer

Colaborated with design and marketing to set direction for all
Adidas Originals color and material to create line art, color CADs and
photoreals for final presentation of products. Utilized internal
resources and market research of trends, color, material, and
fabrication processes for effective implementation of future product.
Collected and shared market/trend information to drive seasonal
brand creative direction per season.

Footwear Designer (color/materials)

Worked in-house with Product development, Design, and Brand
Manager in the design and development of new product.
Responsible for the generation and management of original
design drawings/renderings, tech files, and technical drawings
for both eyewear and apparel as well as the management and
facilitation of prototypes, samples, and production approvals
with domestic vendors and overseas factories.

Product Assistant

Created footwear design and product concepts under direction
of Creative Director. Designed seasonal collections and SMU
lines; including hand sketches, color illustrations, technical
drawings, color/material concepts, mood inspiration boards,
and graphic solutions. Handed over all design and technical
packages to development, communicating all relevant
information needed for the development process.
