Operations Manager

I am a true team player  that enjoys working with  others in fast passed  environments. I have a  passion for taking on  challenges and solving  problems.

My career includes hands on experience in the daily operation, program development, and employee management in a variety of fields. As a strong team leader my skills include operations management, training, event operations, team building and human resources.


-Lead and manage a team of 30 plus Commercial Drivers.
-Manage a 24 hour Manager on Duty Line which includes dealing with vehicle breakdowns, accidents, customer complaints, and staffing issues.
-Work closely with other departments including Human Resources, Sales, and Maintenance to assure that company needs are met.
-Onboard Commercial Drivers through interviews and the facilitation of training and orientation.

Hire and train new employees. Weekly schedule of charter drivers. Develop new products that will financially benefit the company. Conduct monthly drivers meetings. Man the Manager on Duty Line. Supervise safe operations of the vehicles in the fleet. Conduct training's including defensive driving, narration, and holiday product training.

- Drove 32 foot cable car in San Francisco Giants World Series Parade. 2010 and 2012.
- Provide tours of San Francisco on motorized cable car
- Drive chartered tours for corporate and private events
- Successfully conduct pre and post trip vehicle safety inspections.

Cable Car Driver

Provide high impact leadership and team building training's for corporate and school level programs.
- Supervise and train paid and volunteer staff in safety and facilitation procedures.
- Develop new training materials and programs for the organization based on standard needs.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors and external partner organizations.
- Facilitate leadership and teambuilding programs for corporate and youth organizations.

Program Leader

- Developed and executed week long training and orientation program for 80 full time staff.
- Collaborated with event sponsors to produce world class ski and snowboard events.
- Supervised 20 volunteers during events and created recruiting and training programs.
- Designed and implemented human resources, new hire, and health and safety programs.
