Oversaw Advancement Department including admissions, development and marketing staff and budgets.
Created and executed marketing and communications plan, including advertising, direct mail, email, events and social media.
Managed all web content and led website redesign to effectively serve the needs of customers.
Analyzed and provided metrics for Head of School and Board of Directors to ensure effectiveness of marketing and development strategies.

Director of Advancement

Formulated and implemented marketing strategy and campaigns for fine art galleries, licensing program, e-commerce site, and affiliated non-profit including PR, social media and advertising.
